The only thing that worries me about the future of Canvas is IE8's seeming nonsupport of the technology, which means that the Explorer Canvas fix will be required for the foreseeable future. While not a real road block, it is a cautionary flag for many developers, and yet again, the future of the web is being held back by IE. Oh I would love to, that’s one of my goals for the year.
